Color/Design Consultations
A consultation is the time for us to meet and discuss your wants, needs, likes & dislikes. It can encompass one room, or the entire house. I like a tour so I can get a sense of who you are and where you want to go with your space. We can focus on color decisions, furniture arrangement, accessorizing, solutions to space problems, etc. Whatever you need.
$125 for one hour, $75 per hour thereafter, one hour minimum.*
One-Day Redesign
Based on your needs, wants and personality, I will rearrange, and re-accessorize using what you already have to give you a fresh new look. You can be a part of the team or I can bring in a team.
$300 - $600 (call for an estimate)
Space Planning
If you are thinking of remodeling I can help you with ideas to get the most efficient use out of your planned space, and even draw non-structural floor plans. If you are building a home, I can review your floor plan with you to help you avoid costly mistakes.
$125 for one hour consultation, $75 per hour thereafter, one hour minimum.*
Non-Structural floor plans - start at $250.
Transitions
If you are downsizing or combining households, I can help you make decisions on what to keep and how to put everything together in a cohesive stylish way that will function well and allow you to feel right at home.

Shopping
I will shop with you to help you choose just what you need to finish your project(s) or if you just don't have the time to shop, I can do the legwork for you.
$75 per hour.
Real Estate Staging
If your home is already on the market or you are planning to sell in the near future, let me help you sell it quicker and for more money. I have many low cost, or no cost, ideas that will improve the look, function and desirability of your home. If your home is vacant I can accent it with essential items to show off the best features.
Staging Consultation is $125 for one hour, $75 per hour thereafter, one hour minimum.*
